Stimulating Feeder Mat

You may think of your dog as a fur baby, but in their mind? They’re all wolf. That’s right—your dog still thinks they should be on the prowl like their ancestors. But when food comes too easily, your dog may not get to exert the energy and brain power they've been saving up for the hunt. In fact, a lot of "problem" behaviors—chewing on furniture, demand barking, hyperactivity (you get the picture)—are really just your dog's wolf nature looking for a better outlet. Luckily, we’ve got the secret to satisfying your dog's ancestral instincts: make feeding time more like foraging time.

The mat's large surface lets your dog unleash their inner wolf, while the rubber-bottomed bowl design keeps your floor from turning into a messy den. 1. Lay your Stimulating Feeder Mat down and sprinkle dry food or treats on top. 
2. Pass your hand over the mat once or twice to allow food to fall under the mat’s fabric loops - this will make the feeder mat more challenging. 
3. Allow your dog to forage through the mat until all the food or treats have been found!

Hand wash with mild detergent and water, or easily spot clean with a damp cloth after each use. For a deeper clean, the mat is also machine washable, though we recommend washing it on a delicate cycle and air drying to maintain its shape and integrity.
