How effective are the medications prescribed?

The medications our licensed vets may choose to prescribe for your dog are based on the latest available science and research in the field. The flea & tick treatments offered at Reggie, Bravecto, Credelio, NexGard, and Simparica, are FDA-approved for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations and the treatment of control of tick infestations in dogs.

How long will it take for my dog to start seeing results?

Depending on the medication chosen by your Reggie-affiliated vet, results can be seen within 24 hours for some treatments and within 4-6 weeks for others.

What happens after I complete my questionnaire?

After the questionnaire is completed, one of our affiliated vets will review and determine whether a prescription treatment is appropriate within 24 hours. If the vet has any additional questions, he or she will reach out directly to you via our portal.

What is a visit with Reggie like?

An online visit consists of answering a series of questions about your dog, the issues they are experiencing, and their overall health history. The visit should take 5 minutes or so to complete.

How fast will I receive my dog's treatment?

After one of our affiliated vets prescribes a treatment plan, you will receive your dog's treatment within 1 business day!
