Frequently Asked Questions

What can I put in my Feeder Mat?

Ditch the bowl! Sprinkle your pup’s daily food on top of the mat and let them sniff it out instead. If your dog eats wet food, try low-calorie training treats with your mat. Outside of mealtimes, dry treats work great as well.

How do I clean my Feeder Mat?

Use a rag and some mild detergent and water to spot clean any areas that need them, and then air dry. You can also soak the Feeder mat in clothes detergent and cold water for an hour, and then rinse out with cold water and wring excess moisture out. We do not recommend running the Feeder Mat through a washing machine.

My dog destroys toys, will they tear up their Feeder Mat?

While we find that pups tend to be more interested in the food on their Feeder Mat, if your pup is prone to tearing up fabric, we recommend monitoring your pup while the Feeder Mat is in use and taking it away when it is finished.

What are the Feeder Mat’s dimensions?

Our Feeder Mat is 20 inches x 20 inches.

How much food can the Feeder Mat hold?

Our Feeder Mat can comfortably hold 2+ cups of dry dog food.

What material is the Feeder Mat made of?

The Feeder Mat is made out durable and non-toxic materials - including high-quality nylon, oxford fabric, and felt cloth.
